SUMMARY

Our Sun & Ski store is seeking an outgoing Patio sales associate. We're looking for driven applicants who have what it takes to provide customer service, achieve sales goals, and close the sale. We will provide training to sell the following brands: Alfresco, Casual Classics, Hanamint, North Cape International, Outdoor by Design, Paragon, Seaside Casual, Telescope Casual, The Hammock Source, Treasure Garden, and many more. This is an amazing opportunity for a dynamic individual to earn significant additional compensation from their own personal sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to succeed in a commission-based selling environment
  • Ability to solve problems, achieve goals and manage time wisely
  • Commitment to Customer Service
  • Work store managers with presentation, quotation, and sale of furniture
  • Monitor and track all leads, provide excellent customer service from initial presentation, order placement to delivery.
  • You must also be able to move throughout the store to actively engage customers, demonstrate products, and effectively execute the sales function.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years retail sales experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a commission environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Extremely results driven, enthusiastic, and love "closing the sale".
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor and acts as an ambassador for our brand
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Participation and interest in the sports of skiing and snowboarding a plus


Compensation

Uncapped commissioned selling environment
